BOARDING
BOX STALL - $250/month - One 8x9 box stall available for board. Border will have access to miles of coastal trails, quiet scenic location. Fee includes feed (fed twice daily), hay, bedding and stall cleaning, boarder is responsible for all other costs (i.e., farrier, vet, etc). Horse can be turned out alone or with other horses. Approximately 12 acres of fields available divided into turn outs of varying sizes.

 SUZIE - SOLD -
Suzie is a 15 yr old Morgan/QH cross, 14.3hh, approx 1100lbs. Well built mare, huge feet, nice solid build. This horse has been ridden by confident beginners and is a good trail horse, would also make a great brood mare. She'd be ideal as a project horse for someone interested in jumping, she has a very natural jump but has not been schooled over fences. Needs a firm but gentle rider. Gets along well with other horses, loads, UTD on shots, sound, very easy keeper. Will consider an off property lease until she sells. Motivated to sell ASAP, no reasonable offer refused.  DUNYA - LEASED -
Dunya is extremely sweet/easy going. He's 4 yrs old (March 14 2003), 15.1hh, 1100lbs, grey, is registered. Would make a nice Western show prospect (youth or adult), would excel at any Western discipline. Has been shown before. Nice relaxed gates (beautiful jog and lope), awesome hindquarters. Excellent on trails, fine alone or with other horses, will go through water and in ocean, great in traffic. Great to lunge. Sound, healthy and sane.  GINGER - SOLD - Ginger is a 16 year old, large pony mare (13.3 hh), Welsh/Morgan type. Very smart pony, lots of personality, goes Western or English. UTD on shots, wormer and teeth floating. This is a nice looking mare, silver dapple bay coat, flaxen mane and tail, good conformation, easy keeper. Ginger is suitable for an experienced rider. Can easily carry an adult, good on trails, would make a nice show prospect. Excellent mover, lots of "go". Beautiful form over jumps (currently jumping 3 ft under saddle), very consistent jumper. Would also make a great cart or barrel racing pony (has been shown in local barrel racing classes in the past, did very well). Potential as a brood mare. Very versatile.  SHADOW - SOLD - Shadow is between 5 or 6 years old, 12.3hh (600lb) pony gelding. He is dark bay in colour, with a star on his forehead, a snip on his nose and a white marking on his hind coronet. This is a very handsome gelding, good conformation, nice solid bone structure. He has a very curious, friendly personality and loves people. Shadow would be ideal for a young rider as he's very easy going and quiet. He has also been started over small jumps (2 ft) and shown. Has potential as a cart pony. Easy keeper, easy to catch, doesn't chew wood, no vices, excellent to stand and wait patiently, sound and sane. Gets along well with other horses, but isn't bothered by being alone. Has been ridden by kids age 7 to 13. UTD on shots, wormer and teeth floating. English saddle/pad/irons, bridle and pony harness included. On/off property lease or trade also considered.  KIOWA - LEASED - Sadly offering my gorgeous, grey Standardbred gelding for free lease, for light riding or companion horse. Kiowa (key-o-va) is 15.3 hh, approx. 1100lb, 13 years old (June 11 1994), registered with Standardbred Canada. This guy is very sweet, but does require an experienced handler, as he apparently had a rough go as a race horse. Excellent to work around, well mannered...loves kids, though definitely needs experienced adult rider. Good in arena, can be spooky on trails. Very content to be by himself, but does fine with other horses, tends to be the dominant one in the herd. Easy keeper. Approved, loving home only.
